Chapter 8 in Why Leaders Fail Ethically, 2015, pp 75-113 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The explicitation begins with bracketing and phenomenological reduction, referring to a suspension of the researcher’s own interpretation based on pre-suppositions—as much as possible—in order to enter ‘the world of the unique individual who was interviewed’ through a careful listening to the interviews with the aim of arriving to a ‘sense of whole’.
