Chapter 11 in Lectures on Nonlinear Evolution Equations, 2015, pp 112-206 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract It has been anticipated in the introduction that the proof of the first global existence theorem, Theorem 1.1, follows a general principle which will lead to similar results for the systems of evolution equations in this chapter. The common structure of the proof of global existence of small, smooth solutions can be described as follows.
