A chapter in Analytic Number Theory, 2015, pp 321-327 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Let π’œ ( x ) $$\mathcal{A}(x)$$ denote the set of integers n ≀ x that belong to an amicable pair. We show that # π’œ ( x ) ≀ x βˆ• e log x $$\#\mathcal{A}(x) \leq x/e^{\sqrt{\log x}}$$ for all sufficiently large x.
