Abstract: Abstract This book argues for a new paradigm for the Greek agri-food industry. The book employs a value chain approach to the problem and proposes a paradigm that incorporates the entire agri-food industry; it relates agri-food to tourism, logistics, research, education and integrates organizational, political and institutional arguments.
