Abstract:
Abstract A Wiener-Hopf system of functional equations is shown to govern the steady-state propagation of a semi-infinite rectilinear crack in an infinite elastic Kirchhoff–Love plate. Solution is presented in terms of Fourier transforms via kernel factorization.
