Chapter Chapter 5 in Introduction to Inverse Problems for Differential Equations, 2017, pp 145-162 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Here $$H=(H_1,H_2,H_3)$$ H = ( H 1 , H 2 , H 3 ) and $$E=( E_1,E_2,E_3)$$ E = ( E 1 , E 2 , E 3 ) are vectors of electric and magnetic strengths, $$\varepsilon >0$$ ε > 0 , $$\mu >0$$ μ > 0 and $$\sigma $$ σ are the permittivity, permeability and conductivity coefficients, respectively, which define electro-dynamical parameters of a medium.
