Abstract: Abstract The career of Twareque exhibits several contrasting features. First, he is one of the few people we know who had FOUR successive nationalities. Born a citizen of the British Empire, he became a Pakistani in 1947, a Bangladeshi in 1971, and finally a Canadian.
