Abstract: Considerable amount of agricultural crops, and more particularly grains, are dried artificially using near ambient or high-temperature air in various grain drying systems. The speed and efficiency of drying depend on the drying air characteristics: relative humidity, temperature, and velocity. In order to preserve the quality of the product it is important to control its temperature and moisture content during the drying process.
