Abstract: Abstract This chapter provides a glossary of marketing and product management term definitions as they are used throughout the “Blackblot Product Manager’s Toolkit™” (PMTK). Many perspectives abound as to what the marketing and product management disciplines are responsible for and how to define them. This diversity influences the corporate terminology that shapes roles and company processes. It is therefore useful to have a consistent set of clear term definitions that builds a common vocabulary, improves internal cooperation, and standardizes corporate processes.
