Chapter Chapter 6 in Founding a Company, 2010, pp 89-105 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In the chapter on Hungary, the author Attila Kovacs starts with a short introduction into the possible legal forms in Hungary. He uses the general analysis framework for the handbook on legal forms in Europe to analyse four different legal forms: the limited liability company (Kft.), the company limited by shares (Rt.), the unlimited partnership (Kkt.) and the limited liability partnership (Bt.). The author concludes his discussions with a summary where he provides exemplary recommendations based on individual requirements.
