Abstract: Zusammenfassung In der Mathematik gibt es Resultate, auf die man leicht viel früher hätte kommen können, als es tatsächlich der Fall war. Ein Beispiel, das einem einfällt, ist die Formel von Pick aus Übung 1.1 auf Seite 26, die schon den alten Griechen hätte bekannt sein können. Sie wurde aber erst 1899 von Georg Pick entdeckt.
