A chapter in High Performance Computing in Science and Engineering '11, 2012, pp 83-87 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The main focus of this project lies on the computation of four-loop Feynman diagrams, which appear in the evaluation of quantum corrections to various physical observables in modern elementary particle physics. The analytical calculation of the underlying integrals requires huge computational resources, despite the use of optimized algorithms, which are handled with the help of the parallel computer algebra programs ParFORM and TFORM. In the article various typical families of integrals and some phenomenological applications are discussed.
