Abstract: Abstract Real-time systems are characterized by stringent timing requirements that they must satisfy. Timed process algebras, one of the most commonly used frameworks for specifying and reasoning about real-time systems, allow complex structural properties to be modeled by means of structural operators. However, they are lack of cost modeling and analyzing capability. This paper proposes a process algebra called MCACP (Multi-Cost Algebra of Communicating Processes) basing on ACP (Algebra of Communicating Processes). We discuss the syntax and semantics of MCACP extended with Multi-cost information.
