Abstract:
Abstract Based on the analysis of the butting system from the perspective of the coordination game, the paper puts forward that there is comprehensive policy compensation and external pay-out among the parties involved. Therefore, among all the companies in the butting system, there are certain key factors which will have a great impact on the efficiency of the system. The paper constructs an integrated model composed by such elements as “strategic butt, interests butt, organization butt, information butt, standards butt, process butt, and culture butt” and proposes the path for butting elements at all levels respectively.
