Chapter Chapter 1 in Statistical Analysis of Climate Series, 2013, pp 1-10 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Basic informations on four German weather stations and on the climate series, analyzed in the following chapters, are presented. The series consist of monthly temperature and monthly precipitation records. From these records, we derive seasonal and yearly data.
