Abstract: Abstract It is the realized choice and the inevitable trend that cold-chain logistics should be used under the condition of great circulation. Nowadays the physical unit, customer base, service guarantee and policy environment of the cold-chain logistics are formed gradually. It establishing a hypothetical model caused by cold-chain, developing a model for expanding analysis and deduction, revealing cold-chain’s forming mechanism and the different expression with differently outsourcing risk conditions, providing some good advice to avoid and against the risk for cold-chain.
