Abstract: Abstract The applicability of the lean production philosophy in precast concrete factories to reduce carbon emissions was analyzed in previous chapters. In this chapter, detailed evaluation of the applications is presented. The evaluation of the lean applications follows the value stream in precast concrete factories, which includes site layout management, supply chain management, production management and stock management.
