Abstract:
Abstract It is sometimes possible to create new mathematics by relaxing by complication the hypotheses of existing theorems so that the proofs still work. That is what has happened in the present case. The essential ideas and techniques used here are to be found among the papers of Bishop [2, 3, 4], Grattert [5, 6] and Andreotti and Gratjert [2]. We shall freely refer to details within these paners.
