Abstract:
Abstract The global existence of smooth solutions to the Cauchy problem for the multi-dimensional Euler-Poisson equations is established, when the initial data are perturbations of a stationary solutions. Moreover, it is proved that the solution decays asymptotically in time to the stationary solution exponentially fast.
