Abstract:
Abstract This project is carried out jointly with the support of the company Elight Laser Systems GmbH in Teltow. The goal is to improve the evaluation software of the measurements of so-called lidar (ligth detection and ranging) devices which are produced in the company. Such lidar devices are used for instance at Departments of Environment for air pollution control. To this end, we developed a capable and efficient regularization method for this inverse ill-posed problem by which future problems of this type may be treated routinely on PC’s.
