Abstract: Zusammenfassung Am 27. Februar 1812 um drei Uhr nachts stand Pastor Abel auf und weckte seine Kinder in „der Erwartung, eine Mondfinsternis zu sehen“, wie er sich ausdrückte. Doch die Wolkenschicht über der Ortschaft scheint dicht gewesen zu sein.
