A chapter in High Performance Computing in Science and Engineering ’03, 2003, pp 139-153 from Springer

Abstract: Summary We have studied quantum effects, structures and phase transitions in Nano-systems. In the following sections an overview is given on the results of our computations on atomic wires, clusters, pore condensates, Bose fluids, elastic properties of model colloids and model colloids in external fields.
