Abstract:
Abstract The following chapter is based on interviews conducted with representatives of a European telecommunication company and innovation partner companies from energy, automotive and health industry (cf. chapter 3.5). It contains three case studies, describing five cross-industry innovation projects. They follow a consistent analysis framework (Yin 1981), covering (1) Initial situation, Objectives and Description of the Service, (2) Scope and Structure, (3) Chronology and Phases of the Innovation Process, (4) Cross-Industry Collaboration and Competences, (5) Project and Company specific Organization and Processes, (6) Retrospective and Key Findings.
