Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Gestaltung von Vergütungssystemen für die Leistungserbringer ist ein wesentliches Steuerungsinstrument von Managed Care. Zum besseren Verständnis dieses Instruments und seiner Wirkungsweise werden zunächst die Grundlagen von Vergütungssystemen ganz allgemein dargestellt um dann genauer auf die Vergütungssysteme in Managed Care einzugehen.
