Abstract: Zusammenfassung Auf Hirzebruchs Grabstein befinden sich Abbildungen der fünf regelmäßigen Polyeder, der platonischen Körper Tetraeder, Würfel, Oktaeder, Dodekaeder und Ikosaeder (Abb. 34.4). Das Ikosaeder ist gewissermaßen auch das »Wappen« des Max-Planck-Instituts für Mathematik in Bonn (Abb. 34.1).
