Abstract:
Abstract In restructuring situations, communication and negotiation strategy cannot be separated. A communication strategy can only flank and support the achievement of strategic negotiation goals and the associated tactical maneuvers if it is very closely intertwined with negotiation planning. This chapter describes how such a strategy can be developed.
