Chapter 10 in Air Cargo, 2023, pp 271-288 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The business model of integrators is fundamentally different from that of normal air freight. Integrators primarily do not sell free capacity, but a quality promise (Franke 2017, p. 48), for which they keep capacities available in the air, on the road and in the sorting facilities.
