Abstract Change management (Jap.: 変更管理, Henkō Kanri) can be defined as the sum of all tasks, measures and activities that are intended to bring about a comprehensive, cross-departmental and far-reaching change for the implementation of new strategies, structures, systems, processes or behaviours in an organisation. Change management can be defined as the sum of tasks, measures and activities that are intended to bring about a comprehensive, cross-departmental and far-reaching change in a company or organization.
