Abstract: Zusammenfassung Kommunale Wirtschaft – das ist nicht gleich öffentliche Wirtschaft oder Staatswirtschaft. Kommunale Unternehmen – das ist Bürgereigentum im Rahmen der kommunalen Selbstverwaltung. Die Gleichsetzung mit dem zumeist negativ besetzten Begriff Staatswirtschaft diffamiert die kommunale Wirtschaft.
