Chapter Chapter 3 in The Path to Sustainable Corporate Management, 2024, pp 83-93 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract To establish sustainable corporate management in the long term, the central aspects of a sustainability strategy must be anchored in the company’s purpose definition. To enable this, the central aspects of purpose-oriented corporate management are explored in depth here. In addition, it is shown how concrete behavioral rules and leadership styles can be derived from the purpose definition.
