Chapter Chapter 6 in The Path to Sustainable Corporate Management, 2024, pp 257-269 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A sustainable orientation towards sustainable corporate management cannot be achieved without sustainability monitoring and sustainability controlling. Here, the concepts of eco-audit, life cycle assessment, sustainability analyses, and approaches for determining the corporate and product carbon footprints are presented. In addition, a dashboard for monitoring the Green Journey and a Balanced Scorecard with a Sustainability module are presented. The establishment of such concepts helps to align companies sustainably.
