Abstract:
Abstract Theben is a family company and market leader for smart metering and swivel switches. In 2021, it celebrated its centennial anniversary. The company produced a special centennial motion picture with several employees and won the prestigious Cannes Corporate Media & TV awards. A journey in time, it explains the outstanding transformation of Theben over 100 years as well as the underlying patterns of success. During the media conference, CEO and company owner Paul Schwenk discusses the past performance and philosophy of transformation as well as the outlook on the future and possible next steps of company development.
