Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Sport ist Erfolg oft das Ergebnis harter Arbeit, Entschlossenheit und Teamarbeit. Doch hinter jedem erfolgreichen Team steht nicht nur die physische Stärke der einzelnen Spieler/in, sondern auch eine starke Verbindung zwischen Teammitgliedern und Trainer/in. Diese Verbindung basiert oft auf der gemeinsamen Verfolgung eines Ziels und einer positiven Absicht.
