Chapter Chapter 2 in Digital Transformation for Greater Customer Benefit and Efficiency, 2025, pp 27-107 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Competitiveness is the key to entrepreneurial success. With our i4X® framework, a practical and solid transformation strategy can be developed in four phases to enhance an organization’s competitiveness. Insight: Determining the digital maturity of the organization; Ignite: Igniting the spark within the organization; Innovate: The systematic derivation of innovation impulses; Implement: Successful implementation. Within the i4X® process, specific goals are set, based on the company’s current position, and a path to achieving these goals is developed. This is followed by detailed planning and operational implementation.
