Abstract:
Abstract Let’s now address the part of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These are essential for successful customer contact. Legally speaking, GTCs find their regulations in the §§ 305 ff. BGB and describe pre-formulated contract conditions for a multitude of contracts, which you can unilaterally impose on your customers when concluding a contract. You can either list such contract conditions in the contract text or completely attach them separately.
