Abstract: Zusammenfassung Kapitel 2 gibt einen Überblick zur Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzrechtssystematik aus europäischer und nationaler Sicht (staatliche sowie GUV- Rechtsgrundlagen). Insgesamt werden 17 ausgewählte Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzrechtsvorschriften behandelt. Diese werden im Werk - Kapitel 3 (Kurzfassung) und Kapitel 4 (Langfassung) - als Aufgabenkataloge in Verbindung mit dem jeweiligen Sanktionsrecht dargestellt.
