Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Legal services have long been governed by traditional pricing models such as hourly billing and fixed fees, which have formed the bedrock of law firm revenue structures. For decades, this model has sustained the profession, with law firms charging for the time invested by lawyers on a matter. The expectation of expertise and service quality has justified the premium fees, making legal services often prohibitively expensive for many clients. However, the emergence of technology is now beginning to change this landscape.
