Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die „normale“ Fluktuation auf dem Beschäftigungsmarkt führt dazu, dass in Deutschland jedes Jahr ca. 10 % der Arbeitsplätze neu besetzt werden. Das sind auf Basis der Datenlage des statistischen Bundesamtes -je nach konjunktureller Entwicklung- zwischen 1,8 und 2,2 Mio. Stellen pro Jahr. Hinzu kommen noch Arbeitsplätze, die konjunkturbedingt oder durch neue Trends und technologische Entwicklungen neu geschaffen werden.
