Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen meiner Coachings werde ich häufig gefragt, inwiefern Führungskräfte resilienter werden und Konfliktsituationen mit mehr Gelassenheit begegnen können. Diese Fragestellung gewinnt vor allem vor dem Hintergrund des Fachkräftemangels, reduzierter Arbeitszeiten und hoher Krankenstände zunehmend an Bedeutung.
