Chapter Chapter 8 in The Leaders’ Coaching Circle, 2026, pp 103-115 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As described at the beginning of Part 2, various perspectives are interwoven in the Leaders’ Coaching Circle. In Chapter 7, we addressed the perspective of the challenge for leaders in the tension between complicated and complex realities. Leaders often come to realize at some point that they may need to change themselves in order to enhance their ambidextrous capabilities. This chapter explores how such a change, which often entails a personal transformation, can take place.
