Zusammenfassung Neurodiverse Teams arbeiten meist effektiver als rein neurotypische Teams. Arbeitsteams entfalten sich kreativ, arbeiten agil und innovativ. Der Erfolg eines Teams hängt nicht unwesentlich davon ab, unter welchen Rahmenbedingungen, zu welchen Aufgabenstellen und nicht zuletzt mit welchen Arbeitsaufgaben die Zusammenarbeit stattfindet.
