Es stellt ein strukturiertes Phasenmodell vor, erläutert wie Prüfungsumfang und Ressourcenbedarf bestimmt werden und zeigt das Bewertungsframework zur systematischen Risiko- und Potenzialeinschätzung. Das Kapitel liefert damit die methodische Grundlage für die professionelle Durchführung von IT-DD-Projekten.
