Die Gesprächskultur ist geprägt von Höflichkeit, einem starken Bedürfnis nach Harmonie, einem indirekten Kommunikationsstil und feiner sozialer Diplomatie. Die gesellschaftlichen Normen betonen Verlässlichkeit, formale Distanz in Verbindung mit einem respektvollen Umgang.
