Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Internationale Rekrutierung erweitert personelle Kapazitäten, garantiert jedoch keine nachhaltige Integration. Berufliche Stabilität entsteht nicht allein durch Anerkennung oder Qualifikation, sondern durch organisationale Rahmenbedingungen, die Orientierung, Zugehörigkeit und Entwicklung ermöglichen. Mentoring, strukturierte Einarbeitung und Coaching werden häufig als Zusatzangebote verstanden. Ihre Wirkung entfaltet sich jedoch erst, wenn sie als institutionelle Steuerungsinstrumente in Führungs-, Qualitäts- und Personalarchitekturen eingebettet sind. Integration wird damit zu einer gestaltbaren Organisationsfunktion. Das Kapitel entwickelt ein Integrationsmodell, das Struktur, Beziehung und Entwicklung systematisch verbindet und zeigt, wie nachhaltige Handlungssicherheit und langfristige Bindung entstehen.
