Abstract: Abstract Again, upon the next meeting between Sophus and Anna — the Christmas holidays at the home of her parents in Risør and at the home of his sister and brother-in-law in Tvedestrand — after the initial joy of reunion, this too, was an occasion marked by both harrowing disagreements and sincere love.
