Abstract:
Abstract The application of supply chain finance in automotive industry has achieved a win-win result among the participating subjects under the model of commercial banks, auto companies and logistics companies. Maximizing the value of the automotive industry supply chain finance created and managing credit risk effectively are the important issue in theorists and financial. This paper aims to do a research and make analysis about the basic application mode of automotive industry supply chain finance. Through the analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that the advantages supply chain finance have compared to the traditional financial superiority. Then explore the possible risks in the supply chain finance.
