Auf welchem Stand ist die Wetter- und Klimavorhersage im 21. Jahrhundert? Messunsicherheiten erschweren es, die feuchte Luft transportierende Atmosphäre zu verstehen, und beeinträchtigen unsere Möglichkeiten, Wetterveränderungen zu prognostizieren.
