Abstract: Abstract Allow me to make a personal preliminary remark on how this article arose. Some time ago I got caught up in a dispute with a colleague, of whom I think very highly, that was conducted via e-mail and lasted two to three months. I believed that I was only stating something rather obvious and not at all original, but I was unable to convince my discussion partner.
