Abstract: Zusammenfassung In der Phase Deliver Value von HYPERID geht es darum, den in der ADP-Phase erstellten Delivery Plan umzusetzen mit dem Fokus, diesen regelmäßig, von Delivery Cycle zu Delivery Cycle, auf den Prüfstand der Wertschöpfung und bestmöglicher Ergebnislieferung zu stellen und den weiteren Verlauf der Projektumsetzung entlang einer Mehrwertmaximierung auszurichten.
