Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt einen mit narrativen Elementen gespickten Veränderungsprozess in Teilen des Bereichs Human Resources (HR) eines industriellen Großunternehmens. Im Fokus ist der Teil der Organisation, in dem Weiterbildung, Wissensmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung konzipiert und dem Unternehmen insgesamt bereitgestellt werden. Die Transformation erstreckt sich über einen Zeitraum von gut zweieinhalb Jahren und betrifft sowohl die Aufgabenverteilung in der Aufbauorganisation als auch die Prozessdefinitionen und Prozesssplits in der Ablauforganisation. Gleichzeitig wird die Effizienz gesteigert, sodass hier Neuorganisation und Restrukturierung parallel betrieben werden.
